Abstract

An introductory article on Open Source Ticket Request System. ORTS is an open source electronic document delivery software used in most of the libraries. It is simple to use and easy to install in any kind of operating system. It is useful for libraries to overcome the problem of shrinking library budgets and information explosion, and also a fastest mode for delivering the required piece of information to end user.
