Identifies important countries collaborating with India and productivity and impact of leading Indian institutions and authors. The Web of Science Citation database was used to retrieve the data for 10 years by searching the keywords ‘Agriculture Research’ in combined Title, Abstract and Keywords fields. The world output was 3,72,458. Indian publications output in Agriculture research consisted of 24358 papers during ten-year period studied. Publication increased from 2414 papers to 2365. A decrease was also found during years in between. The share of Indian overall agriculture research was 11.56% during the ten-year period.
