Helen Nneka Okpala is a Chartered Librarian (CLN), Solutions Architect (SAP-Certified), an ALCTS Online Course Grant Winner and a Makerspace Champion in Nigeria. Has practical experience on makerspace technologies - 3D Computer Modeling, 3D Printing and digitization from University of Pretoria under Carnegie-funded programme. She is the training coordinator for UNN E-learning Programme and has trained several lecturers on use of Moodle for e-Learning. Has served as a UNICEF/NYSC - Certified Peer Educator trainer on HIV/AIDS, is a member of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI). Received Green Champion certificate from the U.S Department of State. Being a beneficiary of UNESCO training on Mobile Apps Development, she developed a mobile App for the UNN Library with a designated QR Code. She has expertise in Big Data analytics and social network analysis. She currently manages digitization projects, Library website of UNN. Presently as a member of University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) Webometrics and Global Visibility Committees, she is actively involved in enhancing the online presence of the University.
